I have a 1996 Mercury 150 with a 21 X 14.75 vented stainless prop. Idles good but when you try to get out of the hole you have to move the throttle slowly and stop when it gets to 1800rpm and wait untill the rpm start to rise to 2000rpm before you can advance the throttle to wide open or it...
