    Vinyl curtain shrinking.

    this might be something you could use. I use'd them for my double bimini top and enclosure, due to canvas shrinking the last 17 years.

    general rule of thumb.... Adding a blade, or increasing diameter, or increasing pitch, with everything else being equal, reduces rpm....throw in cupping, different manufacturers adds to the internet propping dilemma. Going from a stainless to an aluminum also effects rpm...I think it increases...

    yep , pictures standard pontoon construction has "M" brackets welded to the top of the toons and these brackets, at least on mine, are bolted to the "L" shaped stringers running width wise. Its all aluminum, so It's possible you tweaked the alignment, and could've possibly cracked the weld...

    things to consider: I have a 24', '06 pontoon with twin 25" tubes. I also added a 115hp motor up from a 60 hp . I gained about 6 mph. a 3rd toon adds significant weight and drag. There goes your new added hp. Plus, wouldn't a 3rd toon cause more difficult steering at slower speeds? . I guess...

    I have a 24' pontoon with twin 25" tubes. It came with a merc. 60hp Big Foot, efi, 4 stroke. By myself on a cool day I might almost see 21 mph. Its got a 115 on it now. I can't see yours doing less unless there's a problem. What is WOT RPM?
