New (2020) Alpha One Gen 2 wont come off

There is a seal behind gimbal bearing that people seldom replace. If drive is off, I'd pull bearing and replace seal. You probably need to realign shaft, anyway.

    FULL POWER TILT PUMP

Keep looking for SMALL cap/hole. Buy a plastic mustard/catchup squeeze bottle. The long snout helped me get oil into reservoir hole. You may have to fill and refill if pump was very dry, since oil has to also go to rams. Have rags under reservoir, since it will get messy.

    Intermittent fuel supply issues

Most marine manual fuel pumps leak back into carburetor, when defective. Is your FP marine or automotive. It may be leaking too much into carb.??? Most FTs have a screen inside of their pickup tubes. Remove screens and pitch them into the trash. Mine were partially clogged.

    Tachometer bouncing

Go buy an inexpensive tack, attach at motor, and test to be sure that your tack is bad or good. The wires may have a break somewhere from old tack to helm. A new tack installed will help diagnose where problem is. You will need the tack again. Trust me!!!

Stainless riser fitment help.. with numbers

However, the bolts bind them together. I have used SS bolts all over my MC saltwater used boats for years and never had any problems, that I could identify. Stainless riser fitment help.. with numbers

Mine motors are anti-freeze cooled except sea water going through heat exchanger and risers. To me the Cast Iron risers are the weakest link. I was going to replace my CI risers with stainless steel but now I am not sure. I don't see a lot advertised and when I do they average about 2x as much...

How would you seal these screw holes?

Lots of unknowns...Will you need access to tank area again??? Is the deck panel you removed all glass or mixture of wood? Will screws be covered with something removable like I/O carpet so boaters will not see them? If it were me, I'd counter sink screw hole, coat screws with 5200 or silicon...
