    What's the best pedestal to seat bottom fastener?

    I'm working on a Springfield bench seat installation and was wondering what is the best way to fasten a seat spider to the seat bottom substrate which is plastic 3/4" thick. The folks at Springfield havn't gotten back with me but a tech at Wise Seats said they use T-Nuts mounted on the top side...

    Hot brakes!! Need help!

    My setup: 2008 240 Sun Deck on a Shorelandr' SLB58T 5,800 lb rated trailer. Boat and trailer weigh in at about 6,800 lbs. UFP Disc brakes on both axles. My brakes have been running hot and found that the pushrod release bracket on the UFP actuator was bent and holding the pushrod in place...
