    Kicker Motor

I have a totally separate fuel supply for my aux motor. Thinking that if I have to use it to get home if the main motor goes down I would want to not be reliant on the fuel used in the motor that just stopped in case that was the problem .

    04 Yamaha, Help w/Essential Gaskets/seals Powerhead Removal

I dont think a factory (or any other )manual would list parts needed ,they would be more likely to show you how to find and measure re wear/damage if any ....gaskets for every joint you break are an obvious start . Its good that you do have a "book" . I watch a few different you tube guys...

πŸ™‚ Hi, unfortunately waiting a week and a half for a part only to then find you need another is part of the down side of doing it yourself . The oil pump rotors might be less than ideal condition so its hard to guess if your better off with a whole pump rather than a kit . The only way for you (...

Yeah ,heaps of grease . I work on the theory that if its full of grease then no water can get in .....works for wheel bearings too. I also use crc soft seal on some parts ....like the bottom clamp on that steering shaft. I spray everything with soft seal ,assemble and wipe off the excess. My...

1990 120ho force king pin question

I got a bit lucky ,the original shaft was 1 inch and the aliexpress shaft was 26mm so I turned a bit of dia off the end so it would press into the yoke....and happily the extra .6mm was how much the original bushes had worn so the whole thing fitted together pretty good .
