    not enough fuel to transition from idle to high RPM maybe. too lean to create the power to turn the prop as it should. Has anyone monitored fuel rail pressure while problem shows up. might look at having the injectors tested and cleaned too

    make sure the compression, spark and timing are good, if so then that leaves proper fuel to air ratio to chase down needles and gaskets are not the only thing in carbs that can have problems. jets and passages all thru them need to be clean

    most problems like that are bad connections . battery terminals not making good contact to posts and then arc a little getting a better connection. pull and clean the connections to see if keeps it from happening again

    a motor that has set up for long periods of time usually end up with carb problems. hard to drain all fuel out of carbs, pump, and lines so when the fuel evaporates it leaves residue that plugs things up. my guess would be carb needs proper cleaning and setting
