    I have a Stihl and truthfully it eats spark plugs I usually have to change it every season. I run nothing but high-test w/o ethanol and even add a tiny bit of the marine blue stabilizer. Yes they are picky critters.

    Column Replacement

    Honestly I would take apart the gable to insure what is being fastened to it is going into a solid surface. I am also fond of the vinyl post covering available from HD too. I have installed PT posts and used that vinyl sleeve and it looks good and is maintenance free.

    Just a wild guess - It might be related to who the seller/dealer was so the manufacturer could trace it. Usually the dealers would outfit boats upon request ie. gauges, steering, lights etc. That is a reason many of the older boats had different wiring and gauge placement.

    Carb cleaner reminded me that when I work on a small carb or part I also like to have a can of Spray Air/Duster to blow out the tiny parts with accuracy. I do that to my gun parts, boat carbs and motorcycle parts too.

    Love the tips....... I have some storage tips - I made storage cubbies by using 3" PVC and 4" PVC pipe to store and hold my electric drills, impact drivers, and air guns. I keep the battery chargers, air tool oil and gloves stored on a small shelf above it. Those holders make for quick storage

    POOR Design

    Dumb thing of the day
