    if you are using wires made in the last 30 years, the insulation is a better material. tinned copper core with urethane insulation will suffice.

    If you have a new flat tappet cam. Make sure to use proper break in oil (high zinc) and once started, bring to 2000 RPM for 20 minutes to break in the cam

    For stuck rings, maybe usually you fill the motor with ATF. However usually the bores are trashed requiring a rebuild However for bearings, no there is no simple fix but to pull it apart
