THE POWER TRIM ON MY 71 MERC. 115 HP IS IN THE RAISED POSITION THE ELECTRONIC SWITCH DOS'NT ALLOW ME TO LOWER THE MOTOR, ALTHOUGH IT STILL ENABLES ME TO RAISE THE MOTOR. CAN ANYONE PLEASE ADVISE IF THERE IS A MANUAL OVERRIDE AND HOW DO I ENGAGE THE OVERRIDE. I HAVE REPLACED THE ELECTRICAL SWITH...
