I have a 1996 Evinrude 225 Vindicator that wants to bog when trying to accelerate. This is an intermittent problem and usually happens after the motor has been run 4 or 5 times that day. After setting in a fishing spot for an hour or so, I will start the motor and it idles good but when you try...
I need to install a water seperator on a carbureted 225 evinrude and was wanting to know the proper location. Should it be installed between the tank and the primer bulb or should it be between the primer bulb and the engine?
