I have a 4.3 Volvo Penta 225HP on a 2007 Four Winns. I am able to move the trim up and down and have even tried jump starting the motor. It did nothing. Nothing has power and when I turn the key, it acts as if the battery is disconnected except the trim works perfect and without whine. Is there...
