Just aquired new motor with first boat purchase. Noticed upper cylinder wasnt firing and getting minimal spark. I replaced points and condensers, coils, spark plug wires. I now have both cylinders firing but I am not sure if timing is off or carb problems. Currently I am in process of doing the...

Just wondering if its a heck of a job to replace a swivel assembly or approximately what could one expect to pay to have it done. I have not aquired a manual yet and it is on my to do list.
