I have an oceanrunner 150 carbed and I'm having issues starting. Everytime I turn the key the voltage at the power pack drops to 10 volts on two batteries with fresh charge. The starter turns the engine fine. I have new powerpack, battery, and regulator. I don't know why the voltage is...
