first of all i'm a rookie! I got a boat with a 55HP Chrysler i think it a 75 model# 557hg. tryed to start it and the carb was spitting fuel so i got a carb rebuild kit and it fires right up and sounds great! the problem now is after you release the ignition the starter drops to right below the...
i cant find any info on this model # it keeps coming up as a 105hp but there are only 3 cylinders? anyone have any idea as to the year? see the pic of the ser. plate. thanks
