I am in the process of rebuilding the gear case on a "75" 75hp Evinrude. I received the parts today and found that the oil retainer seal pn. 0303804 has been obsoleted by Evinrude and replaced with pn. 0321467, (2) required. This seal couldn't be more wrong. It's .200" too small for the bore...
I am in the process of repairing a shift problem I have in the lower unit on my 1975, 75hp Evinrude Hustler. Is there a rebuild or seal kit available for the gear unit? Does anyone know a part number or place to buy it? I'd hate to have to buy these seals one at a time.
