I have an issue with my 1996 E15FREDC outboard. The previous owner said there was no spark and it wouldn't start (I bought it as is). It's got lots of compression and looks brand new. I put in new plugs and see no spark, but the motor did actually fire up twice for 4-5 seconds, then I shut it...
