do you know where that wire should go by any chance? I believe I figured out why it was getting 12v but, where should it be going to?

So I’m having some ignition issues as well that I hope you guys can help with. This wire that is connected to the end of the bus bar goes to my ignition. When I turn the key i get 12v to that wire and it gets hot and starts smoking (because the bus bar is grounded” when disconnected nothing...
