Reciently Out On The Water I Lost Power After Stoping And Setting At Idle. I Powered Up And Didnt Get Past 3000 Prm At Full Throttle . Minutes Before I Was Easly At 4300 Rpm. The Engine Began Running Ruff Like Bad Fuel Or A Fowled Plug. I Have Eleminated Both Fuel And Sparkplugs As My Problem...
