The choke knob on my older 15hp 2 stroke has zero effect on idle speed when turned full range. The adjustment screw for taking up slack between the idle rod and the trigger underneath the flywheel is bottomed out with no more adjustment. Is the trigger...

I'm considering purchasing an older johnson 25 model number 25rl70e. Am i correct in assuming this is a 1970 model?
Are parts and manuals fairly available for this motor? Anything in particular good or bad about this model that anyone is aware of?
