I am hoping someone has seen this before....we have an older Mercury 65hp outboard, I think its a 71 thunderolt 650(ser#3000829). The problem is in the fuel system. When I pump the bulb to get the fuel lines filled the gas starts spraying out of both carbs. At the top/back of each float bowl...
