    E3BRESR The issue I'm having why I want to remove the flywheel is that the engine starts and runs fine, but then sometimes after 5 mins it feels like one of the cylinders is cutting out for a few seconds at a time. Would that most likely be a points and condenser problem?

    Looks like I had the wrong year, I looked at 1990 and it matches what I have which is just a plug. I need to use the motor today, I'm guessing I can just use a 1/2" bolt to plug it?

    Hi, I have a 1991 3hp, there appears to be 2 fuel nipples. Part 30 and part 31. Which one is the fuel inlet? I have the fuel line hooked up to the smaller nipple, part 30. But when I do I lose fuel through the missing part 31. Why are there 2 nipples? Where should the fuel line go?

    1990 Evinrude 3HP, dies when throttle opened more than half

    Let it sit over night. In the morning it still wouldn't run so decided it wasn't ignition components getting hot. Cleaned the carb for a 3rd time, it looked fine inside, but once back on she fired up and ran well. Must have still been some crud in the system.
