After reading about 1000 questions on the VRO(very risky oiler) a thought came to mind. Since I bought the darn thing so I would not have to mix gas (lazy). The last thing I want to do is bypass the oil tank and start mixing again. For that matter I might as well disconnect my power steering...
What oil am I supposed to use? 1984 Glastron with a Johnson VRO70 with oil injection. I know it should be 2 cycle oil but I have also seen "injection oil" and "direct injection" oil. Help Please.<br /><br />Thanks,

I have a 1984 Johnson VRO70 thats stalls sometimes when i accelerate. It lasts for about 5 minutes of starting then stalling on acceleration. Then it goes away and runs great for 30 minutes or so. I brought it to a very reputable shop and they rejetted it and replace the VRO pump. Next time...
