    Replacing water pump impeller on 1984 125HP Force Outboard

    Do you have to remove the lower unit oil before dropping the lower unit to work on the water pump or is the oil self contained in the lower unit and I can drop the lower unit to replace the water pump impeller without changing the lower unit oil? Thanks, John
