    Replace plywood decking on pontoon

After some reading about pressure treated vs Marine grade plywood, I have come to learn that this is a complicated topic. I may consider sanding off the top layer of delaminated plywood and epoxy a layer with fiberglass cloth. then install carpet. Also, I am not having an easy time finding...

I tried to put the flywheel on today. The trigger and stator fit good and flywheel went right on, but being a smaller diameter the starter gear just barely touched the flywheel teeth when engaged. I am still trying to find the part number for a 96-99 flywheel. Thanks

Yes, I have the 4 CDM coil packs. As far as the year- there is nothing at all on the transom bracket and can not find anything on the motor as far as a serial #. But from looking at pics- my motor looks like 96-99. I'll try to check the ohms next. Thank you

    Aftermarket stator wiring Force 120

I have been reading about the different stators used on Force Mercury motors and am concerned about the Caltric stator I purchased. I'm reading about 9 amp or 16 amp stators. I am not sure of the amps of the Caltric stator I just got, and have no idea of the original stators amps, as it was...
