    prop question

    I have a 17ft pontoon with a 50hp johnson 2 stroke with a 12.5 x 13 prop. For the first time the other day I loaded it up with people and weight and it took on its barge roll pretty good. My question is what would switching to a 12 x 10.5 or a 12.5 x 8 prop get me? Thanks

    88 15hp - 2 stroke idol problem

    I have an 2 stroke that starts on the first pull. It idols fine with the choke knob set in the high idol position but as I try to turn the knob down to the low idol position it misses and dies. I have been using it and I have been hoping some marine carb cleaner in the fuel will make it go away...
