    Is this Normal? Prop turns in Nutral......

    On a 1975 70 horse moter when running out of the water for test the gearshift is in nutral however the prop turns clockwise not real fast but none the less turning. It is not under tension as it will stop easily when touched with a piece of wood, even I know better than to try it with my foot:D...

    Oil seal on prop shaft

    I would like to ask about my 1975 70 HP 3 cylinder Johnson outboard. I am trying to find out how to take the oil seal directly behind the prop off for replacement. Does the seal simply slide off or is it retained. There is also a large rubber seal inside of the prop, can this be replaced or does...
