    Hard to start when engine is hot... Sugg. for troubleshooting please!!

    My Mercruiser 3.0 starts perfect when dead cold. I only need less then 2 seconds of crank when cold. After i run it , no matter how long, then i let it sit for 5 min it will not start easely .... It prob needs a couple of cranks to start... Any suggestion what to check for? I was thinking to...

    Low RPM for Mercruiser 3.0?

    I am preatty new to boating and been reading all the post around here about RPMs at wot . My merc( gm ) 3.0 only gets 3000 - 3300 and 25 mph at WOT. The previous owner said he downgraded to 3.0 3 years ago. Does it seems too low considering the boat is a 20' Sea Sport cuddy/cruiser? Thank you
