    Converting Honda BF9.9 to 15 hp

    Hello, Bought a used 1998 bf9.9 and understand that they can be increased to 15hp. I already took off the throtle screw which gets it to 13.2. I've read that replacing the carb jets is the rest of the difference. Is that all that needs to be done #48 to #52 carb jets? Thanks!
