    SS Prop is a waste of $$ on a pontoon, correct?

    2007 115hp 4-Stroke Won't Rev over 4000RPM

    I know this was discussed in another thread, but that was for a 2002 model. Mine is brand new and has 12-hrs on it. Does anyone know if this has been going on for years or is it intermittent? The specs say my motor should turn over 6000 RPM. The dealer acts like he has never seen anything...
