    200 ocean pro stalling

    I have a 97 200hp evinrude ocean pro. The engine starts and then after about 15 sec or less stalls out. I noticed that the bulb is soft and also it looks as if some unspent fuel is in the water. When I try to rev up engine, it just dies out. I replaced plugs, filter and checked water separator...
