    tilt/trim troubles

    95 yam 40 tlrt. replaced trim motor. can not come up with proper method to bleed. i have filled the pump by removing 17mm bolt at bottom filled. Manually raised motor and released several times. I can hear the fluid pushing around but will not catch. any help would be appreciated...
