    should the Water pee at high speed?

    1964 johnson 40 HP.<br /><br />it runs great and starts great!<br /><br />it has water coming from the "idle relief" at idle and low speed...but at high speed it barly seems to spit out.<br /><br />is it true that by the name idle relief it should only come out at idle?<br />this is what i have...
