    I run a 1989 baja with a 1989 350 mag at 53mph. I am looking to buy a new 350 Vortec roller motor they say is 325hp. Do you think this will get me over 60mph.     Gear Oil

    Is it ok to change to a fully synthetic gear lube after using normal gear lube in an outdrive the drive is an 1989 alpha 1 I know they say not to do this in cars but is it ok to go full synthetin in an outdrive??? Thanx Chris

    Alpha Gear Ratio

    I have a 1989 alpha 1 drive what gear ratio is it????? Can I put 1.32 upper gear in this drive with a 350mag for a few mor mph???? Thanx Chris on prop calculator the 1.32 would net me about 7mph
