Hard Starting when cold. I did a voltage drop test on the starter circuit and all checks OK - new battery.
I am only cranking @ 175RPM. Is this too low?

After taking the boat out last week I noticed some severe spitting in the lower left carb port. I removed the intake manifold and sure enough found both of the lower reed box screws missing.
