i just got an older evinrude 15hp. serial #15012-27472(COULD BE 15012-77472) i thinks its a 56-59. she wont start (did start before) what is the fuel mixture also. i was told 32 to 1??? pulled it tell my arm was dead!, let it sit for a few days, put new plugs in and it fired right up, stopped it...
