    77 evinrude fuel pump

    i have a 77 115hp 115793S. the fuel is gone. im looking for a rebuild kit on e-bay but i cant find one. I found plenty of kits for a 78 or newer. I also found entire pumps for 78 and newer 115's for really good prices. Would a 78 pump fit on my 77 ?? whats the difference?? thanks
