    Can anyone help I'm trying to set the timing on my 1985 115hp Evinrude. The Manual says to go by the sticker on the engine. Problem is there's no sticker on the engine????? If anybody has a 1985 evinrude 115 and can look at his motor or a tech that has access to this info please let me know...

    I think I am having fuel issues but not sure what the cause is.

    I own a 1985 Evinrude 115 with VRO. I recently took apart the fuel/oil pump to investigate my lack of fuel to the carbs.     I recently purchased a 0395204 rectifier for my 1985 115HP Evinrude. According to Shop Evinrude.com it is supposed to be an equivalent part for a 0395391. However the one I purchased (0395204) only has 4 wires and the one I am replacing(0395391) has 5 wires. The new one is missing the Purple...
