I have a 1981 Evinrude 150 that I have had now for 3 years. It started bogging down and cutting out at WOT. I can run down the lake all day long at 30-35mph (max speed on the boat is about 50mph) but when I lay the hammer down and go WOT it will run for maybe a 1/2 mile and start to bog...

ive got a 1981 Evinrude 150 with a fairly recent rebuild. when i take it out it will usually do fine for 15 to 20 minutes under half throttle. after that it will cut out. sometimes it will bog down for 5 or 10 seconds before cutting out. and it seems that when i try to go faster it...
