    Identifiying a prop size

    What does the size on a prop mean IE. 15.25 x 15 p. I think the 15 p means the pitch, just don't know the first part. Looking to get a spare prop and have access to a 13.75 x 21p prop.     What year is my outboard motor ??

    Just bought neighbors small boat. Came with a 9.5 horse evinrude, Sportwin. Model no is, 9222 M, serial no. is, J 04218. Would like to know the year and also, how do ya tilt the motor up, sounds silly, just can't figure it out. Thanks and this is a great site. Been a lurker here for years...
