I'm new to this. I just bought a 1990 Cobra with a 115hp Johnson outboard attached. It was running really ruff so I started check it out an found that it is only running on 3 outta 4 cylinders. There is a sparkwhen I pull the spark plug wire off but it does not make a difference...
