Hi, I have a 50's johnson 35hp super seahorse which is on my 57 Larson Thunderhawk. I'm not sure if it is the original motor or not. The guy I got it from said it used to run in salt water and that he replaced some stuff on it and that he took it for a test run on an 18' boat. I wanted to know...

I have been reading this forum for several days now since purchasing this boat. I bought a 1957 Larson Thunderhawk with motor and trailer for $400 off craigslist about a month ago. He also threw in a trolling motor and the guy drove about 30 miles to deliver it to me... sweet...
