Last year my motor siezed and i had a dealer install a rebuilt. It has 15 hours on it now and it does not idle or troll, it is constantly sputtering and coughing and then it will stall. I have taken it back to him three times and he says everything checks,timing,plugs,carbs,etc, only this time...
