    Any important difference between the `64 mercury 9.8 and the later models?

    Need to buy a manual,and notice it`s hard to find the old ones. See a lot of manuals starting with `65. Any coments?

    9.8 mercury `64

    Just got a 9.8 merc at auction yesterday.....seems to be stuck in gear and won`t shift, actually the shift lever is broke off but will not move with vicegrips acting as a lever. I`ll be removing lower end for a new waterpump anyway but figured a lot of you guys have already been there.Always had...

    Tool for prop tab removal Mercruiser?

    Somebody bent all the tabs all the way down on my latest project and am getting frustrated.......had Mercurys all my life and don`t remember it being a big deal. I`m about to manufacture something,I think.

    Starcraft Supersport

    Wandering around the boat junkyard in Indianapolis yesterday, I found an old Supersport 16` with a green hull and sitting on a trailer....I asked and they said they wanted 600 for it. Also found a 16` Sylvan ( Starcraft`s sister company) similar looking but not as wide beam, also on a trailer.

    DICO model 60 surge brake hitch

    NAPA can`t figure out part number for master cylinder ....and we haven`t even talked about wheel cylinders yet. 1977 ART is on the title . Any body know? Thanks in advance.
