have a 25" shaft and want to convert to 20" shaft. is it as easy as getting a 20" shaft lower unit or is there more? How hard would it be to convert the 25" lower unit to a 20"? any help is appreciated
optimax 115 with 25" shaft. Unit is stuck in gear. Tried moving from engine and shift linkage moves freely and can see shift rod moving above lower unit. Any ideas?
Motor is sitting on engine stand and is not hooked up on boat.
