    1985 140hp carb problems

    I have a 1985 140hp, I was going over the engine to make sure that every thing looked good before it goes out for its first voyage of the year. And I noticed that one of the carb draine plugs was loose, tried to tighten it, it will not tighten or come out HELP Please
