    Mercury 115hp Tilt and Trim Issue

    I need some help. My 115 hp Mercury's tilt and trim unit bleeds off . If I tilt it up after a few minutes it will go all the way down. There is no visible signs of fluid leaking out anywhere. What could cause this.

    Ok where to begin. I just bought a 1982 Ranger 335V w/ 115 Hp Mercury inline 6. It had been sitting for a year or so when I bought.
