    1993 8 Hp Mariner Outboard

    I have a 1993 mariner 8hp outboard. Can it be converted to a 9.9 or 15 ? I have heard that, depending on the model 6hp-9.9hp are real similar. Is it a matter of changing the entire carb or just the main jet?
