I have a 91 evinrude 40hp and my fuel pressure is low. I think its my fuel pump. I can pump up the ball and it runs great! (as im running along) It only acts up at mid to full throttle. I rebuilt the carbs and it helped but it is still running out of gas. It takes off and about 15 sec...
