i have a 1982 140hp V4 Evinrude on my 18' Crestliner boat. recently the boat has had no bottom-end power when trying to take-off, even with just me in the boat it takes it about 10 to 15 seconds to gain enough speed to plane out. but after it does, it runs just fine but still doesnt hit top...
