    no spark-no start! evenrude 50 hp 1973

    73 evanrude elec. start,mod.#50373r,ser# e0012961. Have eliminated ign. sw.circuit. How can i test the mag sensor or the power pack? Is the power pack a common problem? Thanx for any feedback. Elmer(hamlove1)
